Arrival and Departure

Please send your child clean, dressed for the day, and fed (if arriving after 8:30).  Please do not bring food unless enough for all to share at the approved time.  Please make your goodbye brief (no more than a couple minutes); the longer you prolong departure the harder it is for everyone – including your child. Never leave without telling your child goodbye.  Please be in control of your child during pick-up times.

• No one other than parents or designated people will be allowed to pick up your child without prior arrangement. They must be over 18 years old 

•  I must be notified in advance and have a written note or text from your cell phone with the person's name and relationship to the child. 

court orders:

If there is a court order keeping one parent away from the child, I must have an official copy of the order from the custodial parent in my file to that effect. Otherwise, I cannot prevent the non-custodial parent from picking up the child. 

I take no responsibility for lost, stolen, or broken toys brought from home.  Please do not bring money or small things in your pockets; it may fall out and someone may put it in his or her mouth.  Children are not allowed to bring phones, tablets, or computer games for their personal use at daycare.

To provide the best possible care, please feel free to communicate any needs, wants, and concerns regarding your child.
