FEES

Cindy’s Kids Daycare Fees:

  • Full Time: Daycare 

  • contracted on a set scheduled time slot for 5 to 10 hours per day.     DHS considers 136 hours per month full time

  • Part Time: Daycare contracted on a set scheduled time slot for less than 5 hours per day.   DHS considers 65 hours part time per month

  • Drop-In:  Space Available at $50.00 per child per day. 

  • Overtime: Overtime consists of any time outside of the contracted time interval.  I am under no obligation to provide an extension of time.  Late arrival does not justify late departure. 

  • No multi-child discounts are available

  • We accept the DHS maximum reimbursement rate for JOBS-eligible families

  • We accept the DHS ERDC Oregon Child Care 

  • Private pay rates must legally be the same that  DHS allows (available online) 


Overtime Fee:

$10.00 per child per hour for prearranged overtime (with a 24-hour notice) 

$5.00 per 10 minutes per child when extended care was not prearranged. child care may be immediately terminated upon 2nd offense.

{WE will establish a monthly service rate based on your child's hours of enrollment as outlined in the contract as the weekly schedule.  Additional fees will be assessed for additional hours outside of the normal scheduled contract hours.  The total hours of care  for full time children may not exceed 50 hours in a week or additional charges apply.} 


Late Payment Fee

$10.00 per day late if payment is not received. Continued late payments will result in the termination of the contract.


Payment methods:

 I prefer auto deposits to my Chase account, I have Zelle (use my email cindyskids4fun@gmail.com) or checks made out to Cindy’s Kids, or money orders.



Returned Check Fee: 

$50.00 plus any fees from my bank because of an overdraft. Cash will be required if two checks bounce in a year, cash will then be required for twelve consecutive months.


Payment Schedule: 

Payments are due on the first of the month or the last working day before the first.  If a different date is needed please talk to Cindy before it is due. This will be put in writing 


Contracted Rate and overtime arrangements


Each family has a contract based on your needs. Oregon law is that a child should not be in care for more than a 10-hour day.  Cindy’s Kids is open from 7 am to 5:30 pm unless arrangements have been made with Cindy.  There is a fee for coming early or coming after 5:30 pm. Arrangements for paying must be made in writing.  I do not want your late fees I just want to close and start my family time.  


Property Damage:

Respectful treatment of all property, toys, and furniture is expected. Willful destruction of property will be charged to the parent at replacement cost.


 REFUNDS No refunds will be given for days when children do not attend and we are open.
